Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle

Welcome to the Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle Website.
By participating in the Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully before purchasing tickets or participating in the raffle.

1. Raffle Organizer

  • The Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle is organized by Organized by the Hula Bowl Foundation, a registered non-profit entity. All proceeds from the raffle benefit the Hula Bowl Foundation, sports booster groups, veterans, and disaster relief efforts in Orlando, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and enter the raffle.
  • Ticket sales are only permitted within the United States, where local and state laws allow participation in raffles.
  • Employees, board members, and affiliates of the Hula Bowl Foundation and raffle sponsors are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

3. Ticket Purchases

  • Each ticket for the raffle costs $110.00. All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase.
  • Each ticket represents one entry in the raffle and cannot be split or transferred once purchased.

4. Prize Details

  • Grand Prize: One winner and a guest will receive a 7-day, 6-night vacation to Hawaii, with airfare, accommodations, meals, and two excursions provided.
  • Other Prizes: Additional prizes include gift certificates for gas, groceries, restaurants, golf, and more.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative items.

5. Drawing and Notification

  • The raffle will close on January 11, 2025. Winners will be selected randomly and announced Jan 12th, 2025.
  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim their prize within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Taxes and Fees

  • Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize. Prizes valued at over $600 may require the completion of a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to hold harmless the Hula Bowl Foundation, its affiliates, sponsors, and all associated parties from any liability arising from participation in the raffle, acceptance, or use of any prize.
  • The Hula Bowl Foundation is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete or lost entries, or any other issues beyond our control that may affect the conduct of the raffle.

8. Modification or Cancellation

  • The Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, compliance with applicable laws, or other legal considerations. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all ticket purchasers.

9. Governing Law

  • This raffle and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

10. Privacy Policy

  • The Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle respects the privacy of its participants. Any personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle, contacting winners, and, if necessary, fulfilling legal reporting requirements. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without consent.
