Rules – Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle

Official Rules

Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket.
Tickets may only be purchased within the United States, where such raffles are legally permitted.
Employees of Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle sponsors, Hula Bowl Foundation, and affiliated organizations are not eligible to win prizes.

Ticket Price: $110.00 per ticket.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once tickets are purchased.

Proceeds from this raffle will benefit the Hula Bowl Foundation, local sports booster groups, veterans, and support disaster relief efforts in Orlando, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Grand Prize: One winner and one guest will enjoy a 7-day, 6-night vacation to Hawaii, with the destination chosen from Oahu, Maui, or Kauai.
- Grand Prize Details:
  - Round-trip domestic airfare for two to Hawaii on Southwest Airlines or a similar carrier.
  - Hotel resort accommodations.
  - Daily per diem for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  - Two excursions (examples include golf or whale watching).
- Approximate Total Value: $7,500.
Other Prizes: Gift certificates for gas, groceries, golf, restaurants, and more.

The grand prize drawing will take place on January 12, 2025.
Additional prize drawings will also occur throughout the raffle period, with winners notified via contact information provided during ticket purchase.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize.
Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

By participating in the Aloha Spirit 1st and 10 Raffle, entrants agree to abide by all official rules and hold harmless the Hula Bowl Foundation, its affiliates, and any promotional partners from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or use of any prize.
